ANNOUNCEMENT
Effective July 11, 2011 FNTG agents will be given the opportunity to purchase comprehensive E & O Coverage at rates designed to represent the lowest available in the industry. While we can’t guarantee that every agent will reduce their premium we can state that, based on the test cases provided in New York and Florida, the premiums offered have represented up to 30% savings. Your acceptance of this opportunity is voluntary as FNTG agents are free to solicit bids from any source for their E&O coverage.
This program, available to FNTG Agents, is the result of our efforts and coordination with the following Property/Casualty insurance industry leader:
- The Treiber Group/A Division of Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc.
AJG has made arrangements with an A rated, AM Best & Co Insurance company to underwrite this program and is responsible for all marketing and program administration.
The following represents some of the program highlights:
- Eligibility - All FNTG agents will be offered coverage.
- Coverage - Effective for all title policies issued by the insured agent, not just policies underwritten by FNTG.
- Renewable - As long as the insured agent remains a contracted agent with FNTG, coverage will be renewable.
- Application - Simplified and proprietary.
- Paperless - Fully integrated internet based delivery system whereby applications, quotes, binders, policies and premium billings can be delivered electronically.
These extremely favorable terms, conditions and rates are designed to reduce E & O premiums in the short and long-term and are being offered to our agents based on FNTG’s:

- Financial strength and title policy loss history.
